Job Summary

Provides advanced technical support for IT systems and ensures the smooth operation of technology infrastructure.

Essential Functions

  • All team members are expected to be knowledgeable and compliant with Prisma Health's purpose:  Inspire health.  Serve with compassion.  Be the difference.
  • Installs and configures Information Technology Services (ITS) hardware solutions and software applications for the enterprise utilizing approved deployment tools and methods
  • Troubleshoots and resolves complex challenges related to ITS hardware and software.
  • Clinical and Business Systems Analyst for applications issue resolution as required including during emergency situations
  • Performs hardware and software updates to ITS solutions including mobile devices.
  • Creates and maintains standards documentation related to hardware and software solutions including mobile devices.
  • Provides training and support to end-users on the use of IT systems and software
  • Conducts regular audits of IT equipment and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Utilizes active directory to support the enterprise needs
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

  • This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education - Associate degree in ITS related field of study.
  • Experience - Two (2) years related work experience.

In Lieu Of

  • Equivalent work/education experience may be considered in lieu of the education and experience requirements noted above.

Required Certifications, Registrations, Licenses

  • Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar IT certifications preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License and an acceptable motor vehicle record as defined by the Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) chart.

  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Understanding of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting
