Must Have Skills:
- Strong experience
with SRE and New Relic for monitoring and log analysis
- Understanding of
IAM, security protocols, and authentication flows
- Understanding of
Java (debugging, minor enhancements)
- Experience with
Kubernetes and containerized environments
- Hands-on
experience with mTLS, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML
- Familiarity with
Codefresh and GitHub Actions for CI/CD

Detailed Job Description:
Roles and responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for IAM
platforms including Ping AM (Access Management) and ForgeRock stack
- Monitor, triage, and resolve production
issues related to authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle
- Investigate issues using monitoring
tools like Splunk and New Relic
- Support Kubernetes-based deployments
and containerized IAM workloads
- Assist with CI/CD pipelines using
Codefresh and GitHub Actions
- Work with Incapsula (Imperva WAF) for
traffic filtering, security rules, and troubleshooting
- Perform Java-based debugging and minor
code enhancements
- Participate in incident management,
RCA, and problem management
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure
teams to ensure compliance with security best practices
- Support release deployments and
environment stability across Dev/Test/Prod
