As a Business Intelligence Co-op, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting business intelligence and digital transformation initiatives through data analysis, dashboard development, and stakeholder engagement. You'll work closely with business partners to gather requirements, validate data, enhance reporting solutions, and generate meaningful insights that support decision-making. Join a collaborative team where you'll receive mentorship from experienced professionals while developing practical skills in business analysis, data visualization, Power BI, and analytics-driven problem solving in a dynamic enterprise environment.

 Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct focus groups and consolidate business feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement and business enhancement.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support solution design and implementation.
  • Assist in dashboard development and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Prepare communication, launch, and training materials to support project implementation and user adoption.
  • Support Power BI dashboard enhancements and performance monitoring to improve reporting effectiveness and user experience.
  • Conduct data validation and quality assurance activities to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Prepare business insights, reports, and presentations for management review and decision-making.

 

 Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in any discipline.
  • Positive learning attitude with a strong interest in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and digital solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret information and identify actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python, or other data analytics and visualization tools is an asset.
  • Previous internship, project, academic, or extracurricular experience related to business analysis, data analytics, or digital solutions is an advantage.
