Your Impact
As a Data Analytics lead, you will define the technical roadmap for our Partner Hub analytics ecosystem. You will lead the design and implementation of sophisticated, high-scale data architectures, ensuring our platform remains performant, secure, and resilient. Your leadership will directly shape the evolution of Partner Hub Analytics, providing partners with the tools to optimize their business operations. Acting as the critical link between business strategy and technical execution, you will develop a culture of innovation, engineering rigor, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and complete the long-term technical strategy, setting architectural standards for the Partner Hub Analytics platform.
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance data pipelines applying Apache Pinot, Apache Iceberg, Flink, and Spark.
- Provide high-level technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, encouraging a culture of technical excellence and professional growth.
- Collaborate with product management and multi-functional leadership to translate sophisticated business requirements into robust, scalable data solutions.
- Establish industry-leading standards for data quality, observability, and system reliability to ensure critical platform stability.
- Anticipate data engineering trends and evaluate new technologies to maintain what makes us successful.
- Lead enterprise-wide initiatives, driving alignment on data governance, architecture, and development life cycles.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Extensive professional experience in data engineering, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, sophisticated data infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in distributed data processing frameworks, specifically Spark and/or Flink, with deep knowledge of streaming architectures.
- Advanced expertise in data modeling, and/or database design, and/or performance optimization for large-scale analytical systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep, hands-on experience designing and managing production environments using Apache Pinot and Apache Iceberg.
- Extensive experience architecting and deploying data solutions within major cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence cross-functional teams across a global organization.
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into production data pipelines to power advanced predictive analytics.
- Significant experience managing the full lifecycle of mission-critical, high-availability data platforms.
- Demonstrated history of mentoring engineers and fostering high-performance team cultures.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
