Benefits
Full description
💚 Who are you?
We’re hiring a product marketer to own the go-to-market for our Agentic Comms Platform and agentic AI products, including Agentic Voice.
DrDoctor is the system of action for the NHS. Hospitals already have systems of record that hold an accurate account of what has happened to a patient. DrDoctor takes the next step: booking, chasing, reaching and reminding, automatically, across the whole pathway. Communications is where most trusts start with us, which makes the products you’ll market the front door to everything else we do.
You’ll be part of DrDoctor India, working remotely and reporting to our Head of Growth in the UK. You’ll sit between our product, marketing and commercial teams, and your job is to become the company’s expert on how AI-powered patient communication gets bought, positioned and sold into the NHS. You don’t need to know the NHS yet; we’ll teach you the market. You do need to know enterprise SaaS, and you need to genuinely care about healthcare, because everything we build exists to help the NHS work better
🩺OK, that’s me, but who are DrDoctor?
Take a look at our careers page or our website to find out a bit more about our mission, vision, and impact!
But ultimately, we 💚 the NHS and want to help it work better. We radically transform the delivery of health services to make healthcare work for everyone – for patients, doctors, administrative teams and taxpayers.
DrDoctor was built on a simple belief: technology can transform the NHS. Our B Corporation certification holds us accountable not just for what we build, but for how we build it - and the impact that has on people, patients and the health system around us.
☀️What would I be doing day to day?
In a company of our size, your day to day will vary and you’ll be pulled into lots of exciting projects to keep you busy! As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own the positioning, messaging, launches and sales enablement for our communications and agentic AI products - working with Marketing, Commercial, Transformation and Product teams on a daily basis.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Positioning and messaging: Own the value propositions and messaging frameworks for the Agentic Comms Platform and our agentic products, within DrDoctor’s system of action narrative. Test, iterate and sharpen them based on customer evidence, market dynamics and what actually lands in sales conversations.
- Go-to-market and launches: Own launch plans for new products and capabilities, from tiering and timing through to the full set of launch materials. Work with product, commercial and marketing to make sure every launch lands with buyers, not just on our website.
- Sales enablement and competitive intelligence: Build the decks, one-pagers and battlecards our commercial team sells with. Track competitors, run win/loss analysis and turn what you learn into sharper positioning.
- Market and customer research: Become the go-to expert on our buyers: their pain points, personas, buying journeys and the trends shaping NHS technology purchasing. Feed what you learn into product strategy and the roadmap.
- Pricing and packaging: Contribute to how we package and frame the commercial value of our products, working with our commercial and revenue operations teams.
- Campaigns and content: Put your messaging to work with the wider marketing team, shaping demand generation campaigns and content so they speak to real buyer problems.
- Communicating success: Work with our transformation team to turn customer outcomes into evidence: case studies, testimonials and proof points that shorten the next sale.
🎓OK, I’m interested. What experience do I need to have?
You must have:
- Solid product marketing experience in B2B enterprise SaaS, marketing technical products with long sales cycles to multiple stakeholders.
- Launches you can point to, with evidence of what you did and what happened as a result.
- Real positioning and messaging craft: you can take a technical capability and turn it into a value story a buyer repeats internally.
- Strong research and analysis skills: comfortable with market data, product analytics and customer insight, and able to turn them into decisions.
- Excellent written and spoken English. You’ll write most of what our market reads about these products, and present regularly to UK colleagues and stakeholders.
- The ability to operate cross-functionally and build strong relationships remotely, including regular overlap with UK working hours.
- Fluency with AI tools in your own work, and genuine curiosity about agentic AI. You’ll be marketing it, so you need to understand it and want to.
- An interest in healthcare and our mission. NHS knowledge is not required, but wanting to learn the market is.
Nice to have:
- Experience marketing AI or communications products.
- Healthcare, healthtech or public sector exposure.
- Experience creating product demos and demo videos.
- Exposure to pricing and packaging decisions.
This is a hybrid role which requires regular overlap with UK working hours since your manager and most stakeholders are UK based. If you are working from the office, you will be expected to work 10am - 7pm along with the rest of the office based team. If you are not working from the office, you will be expected to work UK hours. This is a non negotiable for us so please be sure you can commit to this before applying
💡Thinking of applying?
We know from research and experience that candidates may not apply if they don’t think they meet 100% of our requirements. If you don’t tick all the boxes but feel you would be a good fit, we would still love to hear from you. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive culture!
We’re happy to make reasonable adjustments at any stage of the hiring process and in the role.
Just to let you know too, we will need you to have the Right To Work in the UK.
🐾We're perfect for each other, what are the next steps?
We are currently recruiting heavily and have a lot of CVs to go through so please be patient with us while we go through them.
If this job looks right for you, please go ahead and apply. If it's a match, we'll set up an initial call with you to find out more about you and your experience, after that you'll meet some more of the team across a few more stages, including a technical/competency interview or task and a culture add interview.
