DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Experience with and strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy/security practices
  • Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and Power Automate
  • Demonstrated ability to manage numerous concurrent projects and stakeholder relationships
  • Effective written communication skills for producting technical documents and executive-level summaries

While not required, experience in a skilled nursing, post-acute care, or ACO (accountable care organization) environment would be beneficial. This is a highly technical role, so experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, API integration, and/or AI-assisted data analysis/workflow automation tools would be preferred. Experience managing claims data or using programs like Jira or Confluence would also be a plus.

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS OUR TECHNICAL SYSTEMS PROGRAM ANALYST?

This remote role combines technical, documentation, and coordination work, as you'll help maintain and refine our data platforms, IT systems, and reporting infrastructure. You'll need analytical problem-solving skills as you monitor our data pipelines (i.e., Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and Power BI data flows), and promptly resolve any issues affecting performance. This includes writing/troubleshooting SQL queries, mantaining reference tables and data mappings, and supporting HIPAA-aligned data handling practices. You'll also help maintain our data quality by validating records, reconciling cross-systems, and deleting duplicate files.

You'll ensure our systems meet internal stakeholders' operational and reporting needs by speaking directly with them about their requirements and translating these needs into user stories for the development team. You'll lead data analysis and requirement writing efforts for new reports/dashboards, coordinate QA testing and validation, and draft PRDs and structured technical specifications/backlogs. Prioritization skills will be key for effectively managing the needs/requests for multiple projects.

The Technical Systems Program Analyst supports the continous improvement and optimization of our systems by helping implement new IT tools, decommissioning legacy systems, training end users on how to effectively use various reporting tools. You'll maintain the existing systems' performance and help development teams resolve open issues, fulfill enhancement requests, and ensure seamless implementation. As you oversee the various projects, you'll make sure to meet all timelines and effectively track all action items/deliverables. Additionally, you'll maintain SOPs and training materials and assist with drafting status reports, meeting summaries, and other updates for executives.
