What are we looking for?
PECB is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern, scalable web applications built with .NET on the backend and Angular on the frontend. Owning features end to end -from database and API design through to the user interface — this role will work closely with our product, QA, DevOps, and design teams throughout the full software development lifecycle to deliver secure, High-quality, and high-performing solutions across PECB’s platforms.

Main Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain features end to
end — from the Angular frontend through .NET services to the database layer.
- Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs and
backend services using C# and ASP.NET Core.
- Develop responsive, intuitive user interfaces
with Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS.
- Design, implement, and optimize database
structures and queries using SQL Server and Entity Framework Core.
- Translate business requirements and UI/UX
designs into well-structured, functional solutions.
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
following SOLID principles and established coding standards.
- Develop unit and integration tests, and participate
actively in code reviews.
- Ensure the performance, security, and
scalability of applications across the full stack.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in
development and production environments.
- Work within an Agile/Scrum team, contributing to
sprint planning, estimations, and technical discussions.
- Collaborate closely with product, QA, DevOps,
and design teams to deliver features on time and to a high standard.
- Document technical solutions, APIs, and
development processes to support maintainability and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 2+
years of professional experience in full-stack web development
- Strong
hands-on experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem (ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core)
- Solid
experience with Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS
- Good
understanding of RESTful API design, integration, and versioning
- Experience
with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar) and writing efficient Queries
- Proficiency
with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Solid
understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and common design patterns
- Familiarity
with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Jasmine/Karma)
- Experience
working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and
communication skills Bonus: Familiarity with micro services architecture or message queues
