Project Management @ Droga5

Project Management at Droga5 is instrumental in the budgeting, planning, execution and delivery for all client work. Droga5 has a flexible approach to project management while leveraging the right tools and aligning the right resources to develop the most effective framework to deliver the highest quality of work with the greatest efficiency based on the budget and timeline. Project Managers are solutions-driven project leaders with a focus on maintaining and cultivating healthy, productive relationships through strong internal communications and resource management.

Job Summary

The Project Manager leads work within the agency and manages the progression of assignments and owns communications and exercises project controls. The Project Manager creates and maintains project plans that demonstrate a cohesive understanding of deliverables, tasks, dependencies, staff resourcing and agency process. They also assess project risks and communicate contingency plans to stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Gather and understand all project requirements
  • Develop project plans with key stakeholders and manage their execution
  • Be the owner of timely project communications
  • Maintain and distribute the master project schedule
  • Manage integrated team schedules
  • Develop staffing plans, forecast weekly and future allocations and secure staffing assignments
  • Organize and distribute project materials, documents and assets
  • Resolve issues that arise
  • Oversee the timely flow of multiple projects, from initial client brief to completion
  • Manage schedules, resource allocations profitability and reflighting within Workbook.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of project management experience

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
  • High proficiency with project management software
  • Exceptional organization skills and ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Drive equivalents 
  • Entrepreneurial nature and ability to solve for new processes and client/team needs 

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
