We have an exciting opportunity within Envoy Global’s Automation Engineering team for a highly skilled QA Analyst to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of C#-based automation frameworks using Playwright and Reqnroll/SpecFlow to support testing across web, API, and database layers. You will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software through effective test automation and quality assurance practices.

As our QA Analyst, you will be required to:

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using C# and Playwright.

• Create and maintain BDD scenarios using Reqnroll (SpecFlow) aligned with business requirements.

• Contribute to the enhancement of automation frameworks and reusable test components.

• Develop and execute automated tests for UI, API, backend services, workflows, and data validations.

• Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.

• Validate backend workflows and perform SQL queries for data verification.

• Identify, document, and track defects while supporting root-cause analysis activities.

• Ensure adequate test coverage and adherence to established quality standards.

• Support the integration and execution of automation suites within CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.

• Use Git for source code management and collaboration.

• Participate in automation code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Work closely with Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA team members in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Provide accurate effort estimates, track assigned tasks, and proactively communicate risks and challenges.

To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on test automation.

• Practical experience with C# and automation frameworks built using Playwright.

• Experience working with Reqnroll/SpecFlow and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices.

• Good understanding of automation framework concepts such as Page Object Model (POM), reusable components, and automation best practices.

• Experience testing REST APIs using tools such as Playwright API, RestSharp, Postman, or similar.

• Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data validation techniques.

• Experience using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.

• Proficiency with Git for source code version control.

• Good understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning, test execution, and defect management processes.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Passion for quality, automation, and continuous learning.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
