Job Description
We are looking for a versatile, mid-level Video/Graphic Designer to join our Brand & Creative team. In this role, you will turn complex cybersecurity and digital-trust topics into clear, compelling visual stories across video, motion, and static design. Working closely with brand, campaigns, and demand generation, you will produce on-brand creative that drives awareness, pipeline, and engagement across digital channels, events, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate pairs strong design fundamentals with hands-on video editing and motion skills, and thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment where creative directly supports measurable marketing outcomes.
Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role:
- Edit, animate, and produce video content for demand generation campaigns, product launches, social media, webinars, customer stories, and sales enablement.
- Create motion graphics, animated explainers, and short-form video that simplify complex security and technical concepts for B2B audiences.
- Design and produce a broad range of marketing assets — including social graphics, digital ads, landing pages, infographics, email templates, presentations, and event collateral — that are on-brand and conversion-focused.
- Partner with campaign and demand generation managers to develop creative concepts tied to pipeline and revenue goals, then adapt assets across channels and formats.
- Apply and help evolve Sectigo’s brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent visual identity across every deliverable.
- Manage multiple projects at once, balancing quality with deadlines in a high-velocity marketing organization.
- Source, organize, and maintain creative assets, footage, stock, and templates to improve team efficiency and reuse.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product marketing, content, web, and events) and external vendors or freelancers as needed.
- Use performance data and stakeholder feedback to iterate on creative and improve results.
- Additional tasks associated with this position may be assigned in response to company initiatives and business needs.
More information about this role:
- This is a full-time and in-office position, reporting to our Chennai office 5 days a week, working in the 3PM IST schedule unless otherwise notified.
- This is an individual contributor role, reporting to our Director of Account Based Marketing.
- The targeted compensation package for this role is between INR 8,00,000 and INR 11,00,000, subject upon internal equity and years of experience. We may make further adjustments through an approval process if the targeted compensation range needs to be modified based on business needs and market trends.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Film/Video Production, Visual Communications, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience supported by a strong portfolio.
Experience:
