Location: Wanaherang, West Java, Indonesia

Our Assembly team is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to join our team in Indonesia. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs, bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward
What you’ll do
- Process Design: Develop assembly line layouts and workflows for new vehicle models.
- Line Balancing: Optimize cycle times and station workloads to maximize throughput.
- Equipment Acquisition: Oversee specifications, sourcing, and installation of robotics and tooling.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma projects to eliminate manufacturing waste.
- Budget Management: Control capital expenditure (CapEx) for tooling and plant infrastructure.
- Quality Assurance: Implement Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with Design, Quality, Logistics, and Plant Operations teams.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and manage a team of production and manufacturing engineers
About You
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automotive Engineering.
- Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification is standard in the automotive industry.
- Project Credential: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong asset.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
- Additional language skills; Japanese, Korean, or Chinese
