Our Assembly team is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to join our team in Indonesia. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs, bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward

What you’ll do

• Process Design: Develop assembly line layouts and workflows for new vehicle models.

• Line Balancing: Optimize cycle times and station workloads to maximize throughput.

• Equipment Acquisition: Oversee specifications, sourcing, and installation of robotics and tooling.

• Continuous Improvement: Lead Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma projects to eliminate manufacturing waste.

• Budget Management: Control capital expenditure (CapEx) for tooling and plant infrastructure.

• Quality Assurance: Implement Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).

• Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with Design, Quality, Logistics, and Plant Operations teams.

• Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and manage a team of production and manufacturing engineers

About You

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automotive Engineering.

• Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification is standard in the automotive industry.

• Project Credential: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong asset.

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)

• Additional language skills; Japanese, Korean, or Chinese
