We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team, driving the performance and development of our online slot portfolio and ensuring our games remain competitive, innovative and relevant across key markets. Responsibilities:
- Own the commercial product plan, identify portfolio gaps and opportunities, and help set roadmap priorities;
- Identify new product and feature opportunities by reviewing player behaviour, performance data, operator feedback and market trends;
- Analyse internal and competitor product and game performance (including new releases, mechanics, themes, features and promotional tools) to understand what is working across operators and markets and what needs to improve;
- Research competitors and wider market trends to identify new opportunities;
- Work closely and attend meetings with game production, commercial teams, operators and partners to align new releases with player trends, operator demand and market performance;
- Gather operator feedback and understand market-specific requirements, identifying opportunities for branded, bespoke or market-focused content;
- Act as the main contact for product information across the commercial teams;
- Provide product training and demonstration sessions to internal teams;
- Support Commercial and Account Management teams with product presentations;
- Keep the Account Management team trained and up to date on our games, promo tools and overall portfolio, so they can confidently position the portfolio with operators;
- Keep the team informed on competitor activity, new releases and key market trends;
- Work with Compliance to support product launches in regulated markets;
- Provide regular reporting on internal game performance, competitor activity, key market insights and emerging product trends, turning findings into clear recommendations for future development and portfolio strategy;
- Keep stakeholders updated on product plans, launches, performance and expected results;
- Review product data and commercial feedback after launch and recommend actions to improve commercial performance.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, commercial product management or a similar role;
- Experience in iGaming is a must;
- Good understanding of online casino products and the iGaming industry;
- Experience working with Commercial, Account Management, Compliance and Product/Game Production teams;
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to support decisions;
- Good commercial understanding and the ability to identify business opportunities;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Confident leading meetings, product training and demonstrations;
- Able to manage several priorities at the same time;
- Organized, proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
