The Consumer Sales Manager, Digital Product is responsible for leading the planning, delivery, optimization, and ongoing performance of digital experiences that help consumers research, shop, compare, and enroll in Medicare products. This role supports the end-to-end digital shopping experience across web, mobile, enrollment, decision-support, and digital-to-agent engagement journeys. Reporting to the Associate Director, Direct-to-Consumer Digital Sales Product Leader, this role serves as a primary product owner for key consumer-facing experiences and is accountable for day-to-day product execution, delivery outcomes, and team leadership.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage one or more consumer-facing digital products across the full product lifecycle
- Lead backlog prioritization, user stories, acceptance criteria, release planning, and delivery coordination
- Partner with Engineering, UX, Research, Marketing, Analytics, Compliance, and Telesales organizations
- Improve digital shopping, enrollment, provider search, plan comparison, and decision-support experiences
- Create seamless transitions between web/mobile experiences and licensed telesales agents
- Support click-to-call, callback, appointment scheduling, chat-to-agent, and browser-to-phone experiences
- Research market trends, user behavior, competitive capabilities, and emerging technologies
- Monitor KPIs, conversion funnels, abandonment trends, engagement, and product adoption
- Manage professional employees and/or assigned product resources while setting priorities and providing coaching
- Support business planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and operational readiness activities

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of experience managing digital, mobile, web, e-commerce, customer experience, or omnichannel products
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Experience managing product backlogs, requirements, user stories, and releases
- Experience partnering with technology, design, analytics, and business teams
- Experience leading projects, initiatives, teams, or product workstreams
- Demonstrated solid stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare, Medicare, insurance, travel, retail, or financial services experience
- Experience supporting digital-to-human engagement journeys
- Experience with AI-enabled consumer experiences and decision-support products
- Experience with mobile apps, responsive web, digital enrollment, CRM, or contact center technologies
- Knowledge of iOS, Android, React Native, web usability, analytics, and experimentation frameworks

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
