Full description

All Gravy is the AI-native people operating platform for hospitality and retail. 🥞

We're modernising how frontline teams work, replacing scattered tools and outdated systems with a single app that's actually built for the way people work & socialise today. Our AI Colleague gives staff instant answers & executes day-to-day tasks, freeing up managers to focus on people & customers instead of paperwork. We work with some of the most exciting brands in hospitality and retail, including Gail's, L'Osteria, Dishoom, Pizza Pilgrims, Ottolenghi, Q8 and 7-Eleven. Today over 2,000 restaurants and stores trust us to run their teams.

We've grown 10x in two years and are accelerating into new markets. Our team spans a wide range of nationalities and backgrounds, united by one mission: to create better work lives for the 80% of the world that do not sit behind a desk. If you want to work in an AI-first environment, help redefine how work is done in an industry, and be part of a team that's changing an entire industry, we'd love to have you on board.

🤩 About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Product Manager who will play a key part in deciding where our product goes next. We're never short of good ideas, the hard part is judgement: choosing the ones worth pursuing and being able to back that choice up with real data.

This is a role for someone who loves speaking to customers, spots the problems worth solving, and doesn't wait for permission to go after them. The kind of person who has already made AI a core part of how they think and work. You're a builder who thrives on the pace of a startup, where things move fast and ownership is real.

This is not a backlog-management role, our engineering teams run their own day-to-day. What you will do is collaborate closely with both design and engineering to decide on the best solution — no egos, we're in it together. Your focus is to improve our product for the organisations and people who use and depend on it daily.

🎯 What You Will Do

The ideal candidate possesses a versatile skill set, as comfortable in a customer's back office as in a commercial conversation or a design review.

Problem ownership and prioritisation: Together with our leadership team you shape what we solve and why. Customer problems, strategic direction and commercial priorities — you weigh it all and come out with clear priorities and sequencing. With design and engineering you land on how. Roles blur here, responsibilities don't.

Customer truth: Customer interviews, market analysis, input from Sales and CS, product data, and time on site in real venues. We collaborate closely with our customers to validate quickly, and take the feedback as it comes. You run this yourself rather than commissioning it, and build enough understanding of hospitality and retail operations to hear the real need behind a feature request.

AI-native product mindset: You think about AI in everything you build and have a clear view on where it earns its place — but you start from the job the user needs done, not from the technology. You use AI in your own work too: building prototypes yourself, researching and synthesising, pressure-testing an idea before you commit a team to it.

High product standards while being pragmatic: Thousands of restaurants and stores open our app every day, so a rough edge isn't a detail, it's thousands of frustrating moments. You bring real taste and hold the product to a standard you'd be proud to put our name on. You still ship a sharp version one rather than waiting for perfect.

Owning the seams: Join the sales call, brief CS and marketing, read the support tickets, pick up the messy thing nobody owns. Nothing is beneath you and nothing is somebody else's problem.

All Gravy is undergoing high growth hence the job and responsibilities will develop over time, and there will be plenty of opportunities for you to learn and grow.

🙌 You'll thrive here if you

We're looking for people with great energy, a good sense of humour, and a drive for getting things over the line. You think elegantly but act pragmatically, love being part of a team, and never stop learning.

  • +6 years of experience as a Product manager, with a strong background building user-facing products at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
  • Strong product taste and high standards for quality, while knowing what it means to move fast, make pragmatic calls, and revisit them when the time is right.
  • Customer-obsessed, first-hand. You're used to speaking to people who use what you build, and never assume you already know the answer.
  • Hands-on experience building AI-native products, where AI is a central part of the experience.
  • Low ego and a bias toward ownership and outcomes. You trust a strong team with the "how" and you'd rather be corrected early than right late.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with a history of partnering tightly with design, engineering and other functions to ship products.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written.
  • Based within European time zones, whether from our Copenhagen or London office or remotely.

💎 Why All Gravy

  • Grow fast, for real. We promote from within, move quickly, and give you real responsibility from day one.
  • A culture that actually develops you. Honest feedback, active coaching, and the autonomy to experiment. We invest in you because your growth is our growth.
  • Work that matters. Your work will directly impact the daily lives of millions of frontline workers.
  • You'll work with people who've built, scaled, and won. Ex-founders, operators, all here because they want to do it again, bigger.
  • The good stuff too. Prime office location, team lunches, Friday bars, padel tournaments, wine tastings, offsites, top-tier equipment, and a fridge that's always stocked. We work hard and celebrate harder.

🙌 Ready to roll? Curious, competitive, kind? Apply, even if you don’t tick every box. Attitude and growth mindset matter. Let’s build the future of frontline work together.
