UI React Developer (AG Grid)

Job Summary

We are seeking a UI Developer with 5+ years of experience to build and enhance modern, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in ReactJS and TypeScript, excellent communication skills, and proven experience working in the banking domain. You will collaborate closely with product, UX, and backend teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS and TypeScript.

· Build reusable, maintainable UI components and enforce front-end best practices.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

· Optimize UI performance and ensure smooth handling of complex workflows and large data volumes.

· Participate in code reviews, testing, and release processes to ensure quality and reliability.

· Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications

· 5+ years of responsive UI/front-end development experience.

· Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS.

· Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript.

· Experience with real time systems

· Experience developing desktop apps with ReactJS using frameworks like Electron.js

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Demonstrated experience in the banking domain.

Nice-to-Have Skills

· Experience with AG Grid.

· Experience implementing server-side grids/server-driven data tables.

· Experience working with large datasets in UI applications.

· Exposure to AMPS messaging platform.

· Experience building real-time systems.

· Familiarity with FDC3 standards/protocols.

Work Model

· Hybrid work arrangement in Toronto (onsite when required + remote).
