Job Description

We are seeking an experienced I&C Project Manager to lead water/wastewater projects from planning through execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and scope
  • Coordinate engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and technicians
  • Manage client relationships and project communications
  • Monitor project performance, quality, and deadlines
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Prepare project reports, proposals, pricing, and change orders
  • Review control panel drawings, I/O lists, submittals, O&M manuals, and PLC wiring diagrams
  • Support field technicians and programmers
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field
  • 3–5 years of project management experience in water/wastewater
  • Strong knowledge of I&C systems and controls in treatment facilities
  • Experience reading engineering and construction drawings/specifications
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines
