Role
Analyzes markets for new or existing products or services for one or more divisions, product lines, or market segments. Generally, uses in-house information systems or external metrics to collect, evaluate, and analyze data on customers, prospective customers, and competitors to determine market penetration. Prepares reports and evaluates potential markets, market conditions and advertising campaigns. Supports roadmap initiatives, existing platform feature enhancement projects, and technical changes to online and mobile banking platforms.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
25% POWER BI REPORTING:
- Meet with keystakeholders about current reports and desired functionality
- Develop user friendly dashboards leveraging COCCs Datamart and other data inputs
- Provide knowledge transfer of Microsoft Power BI to TotalVision power users as-needed
- Document dataflow diagrams and conversion methodology
- Create a report library of new and converted reports and dashboards
25% TOTAL VISION CONVERSION:
- Reach out to key stakeholders across departments
- Catalog existing Total Vision (Crystal) Reports for conversion to PowerBI
- Create a document library of all converted reports across departments
- Provide end-user training in COCC Datamart elements and difference between platforms
15% COMMERCIAL/CONSUMER LENDING:
- Reach out to key stakeholders in loan origination, loan servicing and credit
- Inquire on non-COCC Insight Applications and reporting requirements
- Loanwriter, Encompass, LoanVantage
- Develop knowledge in these applications and reporting / dashboarding options
- Work with key stakeholders to develop new centralized and user friendly reports and dashboards
15% MARKETING:
- Assist Director of Marketing with scheduled and ad-hoc reporting across platforms
- Develop automation of data-feeds and dashboarding for routine and board level reporting
- Assist with third party datamining and analytics such as Google Analytics, Segmint and MXMoney
- Include performance metrics from the Haberfeld program and the above to help gauge campaign performance
- Student survey at Massasoit Community College
- Collaboration w/ Data Science Department (Professor Brown-Sederberg)
- Support with identifying cross-sales leads for Cash Management & NII opportunities
15% ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE:
Microsoft Co-Pilot
5% Any other duties/projects as assigned.
Requirements
Knowledge and Skills
Experience
A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
Education/Certifications/Licenses
A high school degree or equivalent. Associate’s degree in Business Intelligence (BI), Data Analytics or industry certification in Business Intelligence or Power BI preferred.
Interpersonal Skills
A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance.

Physical Requirements
Is able to bend, sit, and stand in order to perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine o??ce equipment including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours or travel to site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.
Working Conditions
Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise.
