Technical Product Manager

Ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of the cBridge product by aligning business objectives with engineering execution. Drive product planning, technical direction, engineering processes, and cross-functional delivery to ensure predictable, high-quality releases of a scalable and competitive trading platform.Responsibilities 

Product ownership and planning 

• Own, prioritize, and maintain the cBridge product backlog, balancing business value, technical feasibility, risks, and dependencies.
• Collect, analyze, and clarify business and technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Define solution scope, functional expectations, and non-functional requirements for new product initiatives.
• Prepare high-level technical solution designs, identifying major components, architecture, integrations, technical constraints, and key implementation risks.
• Create and prioritize analysis tasks for Business/System Analysts, providing clear objectives, expected deliverables, and technical direction.
• Review and validate functional and technical specifications prepared by analysts before implementation.
• Prepare implementation priorities, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release scope.
• Define and maintain quarterly product and delivery plans aligned with company objectives.

Project and delivery management 

• Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle across Business/System Analysis, Backend, Frontend, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Lead sprint planning, release planning, quarterly planning, backlog refinement, and delivery coordination.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, resource planning, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, and drive timely resolution.
• Ensure releases are delivered on time, within scope, and meet agreed quality standards.
• Coordinate release readiness activities across all engineering teams.

Engineering process management 

• Define, document, and continuously improve engineering processes, development workflows, and delivery practices.
• Ensure all engineering teams consistently follow established development processes, quality standards, and release procedures.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase delivery speed, quality, and predictability.
• Establish, monitor, and improve engineering KPIs and delivery metrics.

Performance management 

• Track delivery performance of engineering teams using objective metrics and KPIs.
• Monitor individual delivery performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with engineering managers and team leads to improve planning accuracy, execution quality, and delivery efficiency.
• Prepare regular delivery status reports, project dashboards, and executive progress updates.

Stakeholder collaboration 

• Collaborate closely with engineering managers, architects, Business/System Analysts, developers, QA, DevOps, Product Managers, and business stakeholders.
• Align product priorities with engineering capacity and business objectives.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, release readiness, and delivery progress to stakeholders.
• Facilitate decision-making across multiple teams and ensure alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Quality and release management 

• Ensure product increments satisfy both functional and non-functional requirements before release.
• Coordinate release readiness across engineering teams.
• Support prioritization and resolution of production issues, ensuring root causes are addressed and preventive improvements are implemented.
• Monitor release quality and drive continuous improvements to engineering and release processes.

AI-assisted work 

• Leverage AI tools to improve requirements analysis, technical design, documentation, planning, reporting, and engineering processes.
• Validate AI-generated outputs before using them in planning, documentation, or technical decision-making.

Required Skills & Knowledge 

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, Product Owner, Engineering Project Manager, or a similar technical leadership role.
• Proven experience managing the complete software development lifecycle across cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, sprint planning, release planning, roadmap planning, and delivery management.
• Experience coordinating Business/System Analysis, Backend, Frontend, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Experience preparing high-level technical designs for distributed software systems.
• Ability to define functional and non-functional requirements, including scalability, reliability, availability, security, observability, and performance.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, distributed systems, cloud platforms, databases, and system integration principles.
• Experience creating technical work items for analysts and reviewing technical specifications before implementation.
• Experience defining and improving engineering processes, development workflows, and delivery practices.
• Experience tracking engineering performance using KPIs, delivery metrics, and project dashboards.
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with both technical and business audiences.
• Experience in Forex/CFD, trading platforms, fintech, or financial services is highly desirable.
• English proficiency sufficient for technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Practical use of AI tools in daily work, with the ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
