As Associate Project Manager – Medical Communications within our Medical Communications Team, you’ll be responsible for project management support and end-to-end delivery of user access management, system reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain business performance dashboards and reports using Power BI, Python, and other analytics tools.
  • Analyze system usage, access trends, and operational metrics to deliver actionable business insights.
  • Define, track, and report KPIs that support Medical Communications business objectives.
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with data-driven recommendations.
  • Build automated reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and data accessibility.
  • Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain user access tracking, reporting systems, and related databases.
  • Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and compliance across all analytics and tracking platforms.
  • Support user access requests, system updates, surveys, and business reporting activities within agreed SLAs.
  • Partner with IT, Medical Affairs, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reporting and system-related projects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for system access inquiries, reporting needs, and operational metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance user experience, reporting quality, and operational effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with Medical Communications stakeholders to support business decisions through data and analytics.

About you  

  • Experience: 3 years of experience in Medical Communications, with demonstrated experience in data governance, user access management, compliance reporting, and MLR processes.
  • Soft skills: Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional team environments.
  • Technical skills: Experience in project management, scientific/medical communications, pharmaceutical industry processes, MLR reviews, and Veeva PromoMats or similar platforms.
  • Education: University degree level (Graduate degree, preferably in science). Additionally, relevant advanced/postgraduate degree in life sciences/pharmacy/similar discipline desirable.
  • Languages:  Advanced English level.
