Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Full Stack/Web Application Development to lead and deliver complex digital transformation and enterprise application projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience managing cross-functional teams while ensuring successful project execution.

The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, clients, architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of solutions.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from requirement gathering to production deployment and support.
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Create and maintain project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and governance dashboards.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project estimations, resource planning, capacity planning, and budget tracking.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical oversight for Full Stack and Web application development initiatives.
• Collaborate with solution architects and development teams to define scalable and secure architectures.
• Review technical designs, solution approaches, and implementation plans.
• Guide teams on best practices in software engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud technologies.
• Support technical issue resolution and remove delivery blockers.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive status presentations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Handle escalations proactively and provide timely resolutions.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.

Team Management

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams including Developers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, UX Designers, and DevOps Engineers.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and career development discussions.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team culture.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and team expansion activities.

Risk & Quality Management

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure adherence to organizational quality standards and delivery methodologies.
• Monitor project health through KPIs, metrics, and governance reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned exercises.

Qualifications

Required Technical Skills

Full Stack/Web Technologies

• Strong understanding of modern web application architecture and development.
• Experience with: • React.js / Angular / Vue.js
• Node.js /.NET Core / Java Spring Boot
• REST APIs & Microservices
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
• SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
• Azure / AWS / GCP Cloud Platforms
• CI/CD pipelines, Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Application Security and Performance Optimization

Project Management

• Agile Scrum, Kanban, SAFe methodologies.
• Project planning and tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence.
• Budget management, forecasting, and resource planning.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8-12 years of overall IT experience with at least 3-5 years in Project Management roles.
• Proven experience managing Full Stack/Web application development projects.
• Experience leading distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software delivery best practices.
