Accountabilities: As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving software solutions focused on healthcare processes. You will contribute to architecture decisions, system integrations, and the delivery of secure, high-performance applications while collaborating closely with technical and business teams.

• Develop and maintain fullstack applications using .NET 9, C#, ReactJS, PostgreSQL, and modern software development practices.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs following scalable architecture principles and clean coding standards.

• Build and optimize database solutions, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance improvements using PostgreSQL.

• Develop frontend experiences with ReactJS, ensuring usability, performance, and maintainability.

• Work with Firebase services, including Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, and Messaging.

• Contribute to healthcare-related solutions involving appointment scheduling, medical procedures, consultations, and operational workflows.

• Integrate systems through APIs and ensure reliable communication between different platforms.

• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and engineering workflows.

• Apply version control best practices using Git and participate in collaborative development processes.

• Support continuous improvement through testing practices, technical discussions, and agile methodologies.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a senior-level engineer with strong experience in fullstack development, backend architecture, and modern web technologies. You should have excellent analytical skills, autonomy, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic technology environment.

• Solid professional experience developing applications with .NET 9 / C# and .NET Core.

• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and software architecture best practices.

• Advanced experience with PostgreSQL, including database modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.

• Professional experience developing frontend applications with ReactJS.

• Experience with Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, and Messaging.

• Experience integrating systems through APIs and managing complex technical solutions.

• Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows.

• Experience using generative AI tools for software development, such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar solutions.

• Ability to solve complex problems, think critically, and propose effective technical solutions.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

• Proactive, autonomous, adaptable, and committed to continuous technical growth.

• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

Nice-to-have experience:

• Previous experience with healthcare systems, hospital management platforms (HIS), electronic medical records, or telemedicine solutions.

• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or AWS.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.

• Familiarity with automated testing practices and quality assurance processes.

• Knowledge of information security, LGPD compliance, and secure software development practices.

• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
