In this position, you will be supporting numerous projects for clients across all WBM departments. The role requires the ability to design, organize, and facilitate multiple concurrent projects and operational activities among a wide variety of internal and end-user stakeholders. Comprehensive knowledge and experience with project management, IT infrastructure, and IT operations is vital. Skills leading the development of complex processes and problem-solving activities is also essential to ensure integrity of project policies, objectives, services, and deliverables. The role requires the ability to lead, coordinate, and supervise multiple internal and external project teams.
Objectives
- Provide client specific support as required
- Deliver an outstanding experience
- Deliver on all project expectations for scope, schedule and budget
- Identify any project risks that do not meet client expectations, and provide solutions for those risks
- Perform required duties for any on-going projects i.e. budget management, weekly status, meeting facilitation
- Consistently deliver a great customer experience
- Liaise with other departments, vendors, and partners to further escalate relevant issues
- Build positive working relationships with all clients and WBM personnel
- Provide recommendations to enhance service provision, processes, tools, and training
- Provide ideas and insight into process and methodologies utilized on-site
- Provide client specific support as required for all WBM clients
Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Coordination
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle and client onboarding projects
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reporting
- Coordinate internal resources, external vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Organize and facilitate project meetings including kickoffs, checkpoints, and close‑out sessions
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and tools
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to enhance delivery quality and stakeholder satisfaction
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and internal teams
- Act as a central point of communication to ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Proactively manage expectations, risks, and changes throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as Project Manager, with a provable history of successful project implementation.
- Nice to have: PMP certification
- Nice to have experience within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining project management standards.
- Experience in technology and digital transformation project delivery
- Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and prioritization abilities.
- Confidence working in client‑facing environments.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
