Accountabilities: The Business Analyst - BI / AI Analyst builder / Data Modeler will be responsible for analyzing business processes, improving data structures, and supporting the development of reliable analytics and AI-driven solutions.

• Perform data discovery activities to identify relevant data sources, patterns, relationships, and opportunities for improvement.

• Analyze and reverse-engineer business processes to understand how data supports operational workflows and decision-making.

• Work with multiple ticketing and operational systems to evaluate, normalize, and structure data for improved processing and reporting.

• Build and maintain data models that support business intelligence, analytics, and AI-enabled use cases.

• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and process improvement opportunities, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable data solutions.

• Support BI and analytics initiatives using relevant tools and approaches, including Tableau, Cognos, or similar platforms.

• Leverage AI tools such as Copilot, Genie, Claude, or similar solutions to support data validation, analysis, and workflow optimization.

• Act as a proactive partner by following up on action items, driving alignment, and ensuring progress across initiatives.

• Communicate insights and recommendations effectively in a highly visible role involving multiple stakeholders.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience working with business data, and the ability to communicate effectively between technical and non-technical teams.

• Experience in business analysis, data analysis, BI, data modeling, or related analytical roles.

• Strong understanding of data discovery techniques and the ability to analyze complex datasets.

• Experience mapping and improving business processes through data-driven insights.

• Ability to work with data from multiple systems and support normalization and integration activities.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain findings, highlight gaps, and influence stakeholders.

• Highly proactive mindset with strong ownership, follow-through, and attention to detail.

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Cognos, or similar platforms is preferred.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics workflows and tools such as Copilot, Genie, Claude, or comparable solutions is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing priorities effectively.

• Comfortable collaborating with teams across different functions and time zones.
