What You'll Be Doing
- Support and optimize our Infor VISUAL ERP system and related business applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve inventory, purchasing, planning, production, and transactional issues.
- Develop SQL queries, reports, dashboards, and business intelligence tools.
- Create automation solutions using SQL Server, Power Platform, APIs, and other technologies.
- Partner with Operations, Purchasing, Planning, Quality, Finance, and IT to improve processes and data accuracy.
- Lead and support system upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven solutions.
- Research and implement technologies that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
- Strong SQL Server, reporting, and data analysis skills
- Understanding of inventory, purchasing, planning, production, and manufacturing operations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with users at all levels of the organization
Bonus Points For
- Experience with Infor VISUAL ERP
- Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, or other Microsoft technologies
- Experience with EDI or business system integrations
- Exposure to workflow automation, AI tools, and continuous improvement methodologies
