Job Description:

To steer current and future projects, Airbus Helicopters is looking for a

Product Support Manager for our French Customer - H135 & H145  (m/f/d).

We offer a very interesting and varied job, integrated in our dynamic and highly qualified team with flat hierarchical structures. Close customer contact gives you the opportunity to provide first hand technical support to the helicopter operators.

We cover the helicopter as a complete system, starting from the dynamic system to the mission equipment like cargo hooks and interior. This offers a very large and interesting scope of work and a wide range of application possibilities according to skills and interests.

Your location

At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Interface between Airbus Helicopters Germany and our helicopter customers, in particular for French speaking customers 
  • Actively and efficiently handle and respond to technical requests for the H135 & H145 to ensure safer and efficient flight operations
  • Collect and analyze technical issues to create proposals for Product Improvement 
  • Handling customer complaints and quality issues
  • Management of operational incidents (analysis, report, information collection)

Desired skills and qualifications

  • Technical university degree, e.g. engineering education (Bachelors / Masters) or equivalent
  • Several years of work experience with H135 & H145 family
  • Knowledge of H135 & H145 aircraft, systems and technical documentation
  • Many years of experience in dealing with customer relations and commercial aircraft operations
  • Proactive, customer oriented and independent working style as well as teamworking skills
  • High level of communication skills
  • French is required, Fluent in English
