Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate business and design workshops with key stakeholders, including HR subject matter experts, process owners, and senior management where appropriate.
- Gather, analyse, challenge, and document business requirements, ensuring completeness, consistency, and traceability.
- Assess the feasibility of business requirements within Oracle HCM Cloud and identify potential gaps, constraints, and opportunities for optimisation.
- Design future-state business processes aligned with HR best practices, organisational needs, and Oracle standard capabilities, promoting an "adopt rather than customise" approach where possible.
- Document functional designs, process flows, business rules, and solution recommendations.
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria within Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to refine requirements and support solution design decisions.
- Facilitate stakeholder reviews and validation sessions to ensure business requirements and proposed solutions are fully understood and approved.
- Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and open issues, and propose appropriate mitigation actions.
- Propose the related implementation plan to Skills and mentoring
- Support the implementation of Oracle HCM Learning, ensuring alignment with business objectives, HR processes, and organisational requirements. Provide expert advice on best-fit solutions and recommend appropriate workarounds or alternative processes where standard Oracle functionality does not fully satisfy business needs.
- Amend user stories and acceptance criteria within Azure DevOps
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and design.
- Proven experience delivering Oracle Learning and/or Oracle Talent management.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM.
- Good understanding of Oracle Talent Management and/or Learning modules.
- Knowledge of Oracle Dynamic Skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with senior stakeholders, HR management, and subject matter experts.
- Experience translating business requirements into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions and assessing standard functionality versus business needs.
- Understanding of HR best practices and learning management processes in a large organization.
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process modelling, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Strong advisory and consulting skills, with the ability to propose pragmatic and value-driven solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with project teams, HR stakeholders, Oracle consultants, and technical teams.
