What Finance Operations contributes to Cardinal Health Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.

Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense.

Responsibilities

  • Group mailbox routing and management
  • Manage customer escalations
  • Provide support to teammates onshore and offshore
  • Handle projects by meeting deadlines and providing constant communication with the customer
  • Works collaboratively to respond to non-standard requests
  • Demonstrates knowledge of financial processes, accounting policies, systems, controls, and workstreams
  • Demonstrates experience working in a transactional finance environment coupled with strong internal controls
  • Possesses an understanding of service level goals and objectives when providing customer support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills preferred
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to navigate ambiguity effectively preferred
  • High sense of urgency and responsiveness preferred
  • Strong organizational skills preferred
  • Demonstrated accountability and ownership of responsibilities preferred
  • Experience with SAP preferred

Anticipated salary range: $57,000-$73,440
