Role Summary
Leads the project planning, tracking, and oversight for one or more programmes of up to medium size and complexity. Oversees programme resources to achieve cost, performance, and quality objectives of the company and customer(s). Ensures project(s) are completed.
Job Functions
Key functions of this role include:
Develops work statements, scope/priority definitions, budgets and schedules for assigned moderately complex programmes. Develops documents with appropriate standards to meet client requirements and needs. Assists in the staffing of projects. Organizes project team members to ensure communication and understanding of deadlines, assignments and objectives. Participates in work as applicable. Acts as point of contact with all stakeholders engaged in the delivery of the programme of work. Manages costs, schedules and quality by overseeing project deliverables. Ensures schedule and budget are met. May revise as appropriate. Monitors programme status and identifies risks. Documents programme progress including implementation, timelines, issues, risks and successes to maintain programme course. Assesses results and determines and implements risk mitigation solutions as appropriate. Maintains grade and quality of programme deliverables as defined in SDLC. Identifies and resolves matters of significance impacting the productivity of assigned programmes globally. Implements changes and adjusts as appropriate. Interfaces and collaborates with team members, stakeholders and management to anticipate and manage changes to projects, such as, but not limited to, technical requirements, business requirements and schedule. Determines when additional resources are needed. Manages expectations of all stakeholders for agreed upon project performance by obtaining, providing, analysing and interpreting project metrics. Leads assigned personnel for programme(s). Provides direction and assigns work as appropriate with regard to timeliness and completion of objectives. May address performance issues within prescribed guidelines and may provide performance input.
Additional Responsibilities
Provide support to the Offering Managers driving the development needed to support the solution so that developed application software can be readily solutionised for use in the domain across all markets in which DEDALUS is marketing solutions. Ensure that clinical safety risks and issues are identified and appropriately managed within all stages of the software development lifecycle, supporting the Clinical safety quality assurance lead. Actively engage in and focus on the achievement of ‘quality’ deliverables, through process compliance, collaborative working, innovative thinking and proactive management, aiming to optimise quality and reduce levels of rework late in the lifecycle.
Education & Experience
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, engineering or related field preferred Four or more years of experience in project management, Release management and Product management across Healthcare software solutions. Experience working with project management methodology such as Catalyst including budget development, project planning, control and assurance methodologies, project management software and finance and accounting concepts and practices Experience working with client vision, business objectives, and critical success factors Experience working with delivery assurance principles and appropriate procedures relevant to area Experience working with techniques and approaches related to the architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project phases

Work Environment
Located in one of our CBD offices (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne), to ensure a collaborative, team approach
Ability to work from home in a suitable environment when necessary
Willingness to travel if required.
