Job requirements • Experience Range: With at least 7 years of experience leading enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, and application modernization initiatives, including substantial hands-on expertise with AWS solutions and Agentic AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Define and govern enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and reference architectures to support digital transformation and modernization initiatives across cloud and AI domains. 2. Lead end-to-end AWS cloud migration projects, including designing landing zones, developing migration strategies (re-host, re-platform, re-factor), and implementing hybrid cloud architectures ensuring scalability, security, and high availability. 3. Architect and drive application modernization from monolithic to microservices architectures, leveraging API-first and cloud-native patterns and integrating AI-driven tools for code analysis and automation. 4. Design, implement, and optimize multi-tenant SaaS platforms and integration architectures, including APIs, middleware, and event streaming solutions to enable scalable, reliable services. 5. Provide technical leadership across engineering teams, promoting adoption of modern engineering practices, microservices, event-driven architecture, and CI/CD pipelines using AWS-native tools. 6. Establish and enforce architecture governance for security, compliance, and risk management, implementing Infrastructure-as-Code, DevSecOps, and observability best practices. 7. Collaborate with C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align technology strategy with business objectives, leading architecture workshops and ensuring stakeholder buy-in. 8. Mentor and guide delivery teams, conducting design reviews, technical assessments, and ensuring successful execution of transformation programs.

Required Skills: 1. Expertise in AWS architecture, including services such as Cognito, EKS, Elasticache, Kinesis, Redshift, IAM, S3, CloudFront, Route 53, Aurora, and RDS. 2. Advanced experience with AWS PaaS services and networking concepts. 3. Hands-on experience with cloud migration strategies and implementation on AWS. 4. Proficiency in designing and implementing microservices and distributed systems architectures. 5. Strong programming skills in Go, Java, Python, Node.js, ReactJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript. 6. Experience with service communication protocols such as REST, gRPC, and Thrift. 7. Expertise in event-driven architectures and platforms such as Kafka. 8. Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation). 9. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, and observability tools (e.g., Datadog, OpsGenie). 10. Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, and AI platform architecture (RAG, orchestration).

Preferred Skills: 1. Experience with GenAI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI APIs. 2. Exposure to AI-assisted engineering tools including GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Claude Code, and VS Code. 3. Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF. 4. Knowledge of data engineering, analytics, and MLOps/AIOps frameworks. 5. Experience with SaaS operating models and multi-tenant platform design. 6. Familiarity with AI workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Databricks, Airflow, Temporal, Opty).

Desired Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline. 2. AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Professional Architect certification. 3. TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification.
