Job Description

1) Work with Finance teams to identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve processes and reduce manual effort. 2) Gather business requirements, create process documents, user stories, and coordinate with developers/data scientists to build solutions. 3) Perform process analysis, UAT testing, stakeholder management, and track the effectiveness of AI solutions using KPIs. 4) Required skills: Business Analysis, AI/ML awareness, SQL, Advanced Excel, basic Python/R, stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum, process mapping, and strong communication skills. • Define and execute responsibilities aligned with the role of Business Analyst • Lean Digital Transformation • 4B • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks • Maintain documentation and reporting • Support strategic initiatives and process improvements
