Job Role: Java Fullstack Developer with AI

Location: Lake Mary, FL

Duration: Fulltime

Summary:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, React, Python, Flask, and Spring Boot.
  • Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices architectures supporting high-volume enterprise applications.
  • Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux, and modern UI frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, QA teams, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Design and implement database schemas, data access services, and integrations with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases.
  • Lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions.
  • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms including SSO and OAuth integrations.
  • Develop rich data visualization dashboards using ChartJS, ReCharts, and related reporting tools.
  • Build automated testing frameworks and maintain high code quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Leverage cloud platforms and services including AWS S3, serverless functions, and modern CI/CD practices.
  • Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, story grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Integrate AI and LLM-based capabilities into business applications where appropriate.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Full Stack Software Development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Python,, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Extensive experience with:
  • React.js
  • Redux
  • Flask
  • Django
  • Spring Boot
  • Node.js
  • Angular (2+)
  • Experience building RESTful APIs and distributed microservices.
  • Strong knowledge of MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and Material UI.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
  • Proficiency with Git, Jira, Postman, and modern development tools.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, performance optimization, and responsive web development.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
  • Exposure to AI technologies, LLM integrations, LangChain, Llama, and AI-assisted development tools.
  • Experience with GraphQL and third-party API integrations.
  • Knowledge of Specification-Driven Development (SDD) methodologies.
  • Experience implementing advanced analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Familiarity with serverless architectures and cloud-native application development.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $61087 - $104364

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
