About the Role

We are looking for a Product Analyst to support the delivery and continuous improvement of our fintech products. This role works closely with Product Leaders, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze opportunities, coordinate delivery, and ensure successful product outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business, customer, and stakeholder requirements.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and product discovery activities.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support product planning, delivery, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, QA, and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
  • Assist with API integrations, system workflows, and technical discussions.
  • Track product performance, generate reports, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and project timelines.

Skills & Experience

Required

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with payment platforms, payment providers, or fintech products.
  • Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence (Atlassian Suite).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Fintech or SaaS experience.
  • Experience with scheduling or workflow management tools.
  • Exposure to product metrics, reporting, and data analysis.
