Job Summary:
Frazier & Deeter is seeking a Business Analyst to serve as a strategic partner between our Assurance professionals and Technology Enablement team. In this role, you will help transform business needs into technology-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, improve the user experience, and support the continued evolution of our audit and assurance services. Working alongside practice leaders, stakeholders, and technology teams, you will play a key role in driving innovation, process improvement, and adoption of emerging technologies across the Assurance practice.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Engage with assurance teams to identify workflow pain points across financial statement audits, employee benefit plan audits, 401(k) audits, and other assurance services.
- Support assurance-related platform initiatives, including Caseware Cloud, OnPoint, and FDAI-related adoption where applicable.
- Assess acquired firms' assurance tools, workflows, data, licenses, and training needs as part of integration planning.
- Document detailed requirements for automations, integrations, workflow improvements, AI-enabled capabilities, and migration activities.
- Collaborate with development, data, support, AI enablement, and DevSecOps teams to ensure delivered solutions meet assurance practice needs.
- Lead testing, feedback cycles, validation, and rollout readiness before solutions are released to assurance users.
- Provide training and adoption support to assurance professionals and newly acquired teams.
Education & Experience:
- 4+ years of assurance or audit experience, ideally at the senior or manager level.
- Strong understanding of audit and assurance workflows, including audit documentation, engagement execution, review cycles, and practice tooling.
- Familiarity with tools such as Caseware, Suralink, Confirmation.com, OnPoint, InScope, or similar assurance platforms.
- Strong requirements-gathering, documentation, testing, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to bridge business users and technical teams in a practical, execution-oriented manner.
- Interest in helping the assurance practice adopt innovation, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
