Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of project finance and structured credit transactions from origination through closing and portfolio monitoring
  • Identify and evaluate investment opportunities for infrastructure-credit funds
  • Enhance/build relationships with banks, sponsors, advisors, and investors to support deal origination and transaction execution
  • Work closely with credit-research team in the development and review of financial models to assess projects/companies’ cash-flow, debt service capacity, and applicable credit metrics.
  • Coordinate the preparation of well-structured investment materials to support decision-making by Investment and Monitoring Committees
  • Liaise with credit analysts to monitor portfolio performance, track financial results and identify potential risks or required actions

Requirements

  • Solid experience in project finance and infrastructure (Credit or PE), preferably in credit underwriting/structuring roles
  • Previous senior roles in asset/fund management, companies, and/or IB
  • Deep knowledge of Brazilian infrastructure sector
  • Strong background in financial modeling and transaction execution
