About the Role:
We are looking for a sharp, commercially-minded, and execution-oriented Product Marketing Manager for a 6-month contract to drive the positioning, rollout, and end-to-end customer transition for Sleek One, our flagship next-generation platform. This is a 6 months contract role.
This is a high-impact, hands-on builder role. Operating at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, you will lead the charge in defining the Sleek One proposition, driving user adoption, empowering internal teams, and executing a seamless migration strategy across our entire customer base and partner network. If you possess deep product marketing roots, love building GTM playbooks, and thrive in leading critical product transformation initiatives, this role is built for you.
Mission of the Role: To successfully define, position, and launch Sleek One; driving rapid customer and accountant feature adoption, owning migration targets end-to-end, and establishing Sleek One as the core operating system for our users.
Key Outcomes (First 6–12 Months):
- Successful Sleek One Launch & Positioning: Define the core product proposition, messaging, and positioning strategy; author high-converting marketing copy for email and web channels while executing targeted demand-generation campaigns alongside the central marketing team.
- Seamless Customer & Data Migration: Own the end-to-end migration lifecycle—from announcement and data mapping to onboarding, first value, and full adoption—partnering with Country Managers to hit aggressive migration targets without customer drop-off.
- High Accountant & Customer Feature Adoption: Achieve core adoption targets across both external clients and internal accounting teams. Establish proactive intervention frameworks for delayed migrations, low platform usage, and at-risk accounts.
- Full Internal & Sales Enablement: Equip business, sales, and accountancy teams with comprehensive pitch decks, product demos, FAQs, objection-handling playbooks, and competitive positioning guides.
- Continuous Product Feedback Loops: Systematically capture adoption blockers, client objections, and internal user feedback, translating insights into prioritized product recommendations for the product team.
- Advanced Customer Segmentation (Longer-Term): Build and refine long-term customer segmentation models and automated communication workflows to continually nurture users onto the platform.
Must-Have Experience
- 5 to 10 Years in Product Manager Roles: Proven track record of robust, hands-on product management within a Neobank, Digital Bank, or high-growth Fintech environment.
- 0-to-1 Product Delivery: Demonstrated success taking tech products from ideation to launch and scaling them as an individual contributor.
- Commercial & Growth Competency: Experience driving user adoption, managing legacy data migrations, and optimizing commercial metrics like Assets Under Management (AUM) and FX/transaction revenues
- AI & Tech Literacy: Fluent with AI applications and structurally familiar with AI evaluations (evals) to drive automated feature development alongside engineering.
- Analytical Problem Solving: Exceptional skill in working backwards from aggressive growth targets using structured, data-driven frameworks.
Behavioural fit is also important at Sleek, and we will be looking for candidates that have a proven track record of embodying the below attributes in their recent roles:
Ownership: This shows reliability and helps build trust within the team. We move fast and need to know that everyone will see things through to completion and proactively help to get things back on track when challenges arise. Accountability is really important to us.
Humility: There is so much we don’t know. Humility allows for open-mindedness to feedback and a willingness to learn from others. It paves the way for collaboration and creates a positive work environment. It is a key ingredient of self awareness and emotional intelligence.
Structured Thinking: Our business is complex with many layers (many services, many countries, many cultures). Regardless of whether you’re more analytical or creative in nature, being able to show sound judgement is important to us. It ensures solutions are pragmatic and balance the needs of the organisation, team and customers.
Attention to detail: You’ll be managing multiple, complex workstreams from numerous stakeholders. It will be important for you to keep track of everything and notice when information is missing or inconsistent.
Excellent listener and clear communicator: We have a variety of nationalities and for many people, English isn’t their first language. For you to excel, you’ll need to be present in your calls and make sure you properly receive and thoughtfully send messages to others in the business.
