DESIGN RANK INC. is seeking a meticulous and insightful Data Analyst to join our innovative team. This is a Full-time position based in Dallas, Texas, United States. As a specialist in custom web design, social media management, and online branding, we are looking for a professional who can translate complex data into actionable strategies that enhance our clients' online presence and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and a keen eye for detail, helping to shape the strategic direction of our marketing plans and turning valuable insights into client success stories. This role offers a competitive wage of $25.00 - $35.00 USD per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion data to identify key trends and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, online branding initiatives, and digital marketing strategies against established key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to visualise data and communicate performance to internal teams and clients.
  • Translate raw data into clear, concise, and actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with our web design and marketing teams to provide data-driven recommendations for improving customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other statistical analyses to evaluate and refine marketing tactics.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data collected from various sources, implementing processes for quality assurance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working as a Data Analyst, preferably within a digital marketing or technology-focused environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and querying languages, such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • Demonstrable experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Adept at communicating complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and an understanding of digital marketing metrics would be a significant advantage.
