Full description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Lead to lead testing activities across Salesforce initiatives and integrations. This is a hands-on role requiring strong Salesforce knowledge, QA leadership, and the ability to drive testing from planning through execution and release.

This is a 1-year contract opportunity.

Responsibilities• Lead QA activities for Salesforce projects, including test planning, execution, defect management and reporting.

  • Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans and end-to-end test scenarios based on project scope and requirements.
  • Coordinate functional, integration, end-to-end, regression and UAT testing.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects and other QA teams.
  • Ensure appropriate testing coverage across Salesforce, APIs, integrations, data flows and impacted systems.
  • Identify testing risks, gaps and dependencies early and drive them to resolution.
  • Coordinate test data, environments and execution across participating teams.
  • Lead defect triage and provide clear reporting on testing progress, risks and release readiness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve regression coverage and introduce test automation where appropriate.
  • 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce QA/testing experience.
  • Proven experience leading QA activities for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Lightning, Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Strong experience with functional, integration, end-to-end and regression testing.
  • Experience testing APIs, integrations and data flows between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
  • Ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective test scenarios.
  • Experience with test and defect management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or similar.
  • Experience with test automation for Salesforce or enterprise applications is an asset.
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership and drive testing activities independently.

100% Remote within Canada.
