Job Summary
As an Analyst – Environment Offer Data and Performance, you will collect, assess, analyze, and interpret environmental data related to products and solutions using recognized environmental assessment methodologies and frameworks such as LCA, PEP, and EPD.
You will support sustainable product development by identifying environmental improvement opportunities, ensuring environmental data accuracy and completeness in IT systems, and enabling compliance with environmental regulations and reporting standards.
The role contributes directly to the organization’s sustainability strategy, decarbonization objectives, circular economy initiatives, and environmentally responsible product innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to transform environmental data into actionable insights supporting sustainable decision-making and regulatory compliance.
You will independently solve routine and moderately complex technical challenges related to sustainability data, environmental compliance, and product environmental performance while working under general guidance and established organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, manage, and maintain environmental product data across internal systems and sustainability platforms.
- Conduct environmental assessments using methodologies and frameworks such as LCA, PEP, and EPD.
- Analyze environmental performance indicators and identify opportunities for sustainability improvement.
- Support product sustainability initiatives including decarbonization, eco-design, material transparency, and circular economy programs.
- Ensure environmental data quality, completeness, traceability, and governance across enterprise systems.
- Support compliance with environmental regulations, customer requirements, and sustainability standards.
- Collaborate with Offer Management, R&D, Sustainability, Procurement, Quality, and Digital teams.
- Develop sustainability reports, dashboards, metrics, and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support environmental declarations, sustainability disclosures, customer sustainability requests, and compliance documentation.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and digital sustainability transformation projects.

Education

Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in:
- Product sustainability
- Environmental compliance
- Environmental data analysis
- Sustainability reporting
- LCA/PEP/EPD development
- ESG and sustainability programs
Technical Skills
Sustainability Assessment Tools
- Proficiency in sustainability assessment tools such as SimaPro, GaBi, OpenLCA, Assets, and environmental data management platforms
AI & Digital Productivity Tools
- Experience with AI-enabled and digital productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT, Power BI AI, tableau capabilities, and other generative AI solutions for analytics, reporting, automation, and productivity enhancement
Sustainability & Compliance Knowledge
- Knowledge of environmental sustainability methodologies, regulations, and compliance requirements including LCA, RoHS, REACH, Product Carbon Footprinting (PCF), California Proposition 65, Halogen-Free requirements, SCIP, WEEE, and circular economy principles
Data & Analytics
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, reporting dashboards, and sustainability analytics
- Familiarity with ERP, PLM, and digital sustainability data systems is preferred
