Responsibilities

What will you do?

  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of business and IT projects across the organization.• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and success criteria in alignment with business needs.• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.• Establish and maintain project roadmaps, resource plans, budgets, and governance frameworks.• Monitor project progress, identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation actions when necessary.• Prepare and present project status updates, steering committee reports, and key performance indicators.• Drive project governance and facilitate decision-making processes with senior stakeholders.• Define and supervise testing strategies and ensure project deliverables meet quality expectations.• Support organizational change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of project outcomes.• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting project management best practices and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

Who are you?

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems.• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager delivering complex IT projects.• Strong experience managing project scope, budget, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive transformation initiatives.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.• Good knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile frameworks.• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Clarity, or similar.• PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent project management certifications are considered a strong asset.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.• Fluent in both English and French
