Benefits
Full description
AAs the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. You will provide coaching, leadership, and guidance to the OCI CORE Training Delivery team. This role is critical to implementing and supporting the vision and mission of the CORE Learning & Development organization.
You will lead a team of Training Delivery Program Managers located across multiple sites in the U.S. and will be responsible for managing a geographically dispersed team. You will oversee performance management by establishing clear, measurable goals for both individual team members and the broader team, ensuring these objectives align with OCI's strategy. You will implement processes to monitor progress, assess performance, and maintain accountability across the team.
We are seeking a leader to establish and implement a consistent, scalable training delivery model across multiple sites. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across the Data Center Learning & Development organization, the broader OCI business, and Human Resources to develop a scalable training delivery and train-the-trainer model that ensures consistent adoption of training content across sites with varying operating models and business needs.
As you launch this new program and build the team, you will balance leadership responsibilities with individual contributor work during the organization's growth phase. You and your team will communicate project status effectively, make informed tradeoff decisions among competing priorities, and embrace an "act now, iterate often" mindset.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead a new team: Support hiring, onboarding, and the build-out of new Data Center Training Delivery teams across multiple sites.
- Strategy: Help define the vision, strategy, and goals for the organization, including both individual and team objectives.
- Training Delivery: Create, launch, and maintain a scalable training delivery model for OCI data centers. Support an accredited trainer and facilitator network, and coordinate with Recruiting to align onboarding schedules with hiring cohorts and start dates.
- Expansion: Leverage lessons learned and stakeholder feedback to expand the onboarding model to existing and new OCI data center sites globally.
- Program Management: Partner with CORE Program Managers to implement and deliver early career, onboarding, and upskilling programs across the data center organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders ranging from front-line managers to senior executives across OCI, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition.
- Leadership: Define, implement, and monitor success metrics and KPIs for a newly established team.
