Your Mission
As our Graphic Designer, you'll help shape the BOUNCE brand across every customer touchpoint.
Working alongside our Creative Director and collaborating closely with our Brand Specialist and Head of Brand, you'll create ideas that come to life across social, digital, print, venues, merchandise and everything in between.
This isn't about creating artwork for artwork's sake. It's about creating experiences. You'll design creative that captures attention, tells stories, sparks emotion and inspires action. Whether it's a social-first campaign, a new venue launch, digital advertising, EDMs, environmental graphics or merchandise, your work will help millions of customers experience the BOUNCE brand in exciting and memorable ways.
One day you could be designing creative for a national campaign. The next, producing digital assets for our website and social channels, creating graphics for a new venue opening or preparing artwork for print production.

What You'll Be Doing
Digital & Content Design
- Design engaging creative across social media, websites, EDMs, landing pages and digital campaigns.
- Design digital advertising assets across Meta, Google Display and other digital channels.
- Support website, UI and digital creative where required.
- Adapt campaign creative across multiple formats while maintaining a consistent brand experience.
- Stay on top of design trends, platform changes and emerging creative opportunities.
Brand & Campaign Creative
- Develop creative assets for integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to execution.
- Help bring national campaigns to life across every customer touchpoint.
- Support local area marketing with engaging print and digital creative.
- Maintain a strong and consistent visual identity across the BOUNCE brand.
- Bring fresh thinking and new creative ideas that keep our brand evolving.
Venue, Print & Merchandise
- Design venue signage, environmental graphics and promotional material.
- Create artwork for merchandise, branded collateral and customer experiences.
- Prepare artwork for print production across multiple formats.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure files are production-ready and delivered to a high standard.
Creative Operations
- Support the Creative Director across a diverse range of creative projects.
- Organise design files, templates and creative libraries.
- Manage artwork updates, version control and asset management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing and the wider business to deliver creative that is on brand, on time and commercially effective.

Technical & Professional Competencies (the what you know)
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Proven experience designing across both digital and print.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, print production and production-ready artwork.
- Experience designing for social media, EDMs, websites, digital advertising and online campaigns.
- Understanding of platform specifications and best practice across digital channels.
- Experience using Figma or similar collaborative design tools.
- Experience creating motion graphics or short-form video using After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar tools will help you hit the ground running.
- Comfortable working within established brand guidelines while continually finding fresh and innovative ways to bring the brand to life.
- Curiosity and confidence to explore emerging creative technologies and AI tools that enhance creativity, ideation and workflow.
