Uprite Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team based in Boise, Idaho. This individual will lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout with a strong focus on ground up commercial, industrial, and tilt up construction. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong financial, operational, and client management skills who thrives in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and schedules
  • Oversee project financial performance, including cost tracking, forecasting, billings, and change management
  • Lead owner, architect, consultant, and subcontractor meetings
  • Review and manage contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Coordinate subcontractor buyout and procurement activities
  • Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality expectations
  • Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards throughout construction
  • Support project closeout activities, including punch lists, turnover documentation, and warranty coordination
  • Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers as needed

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of Project Manager experience with a commercial general contractor
  • Proven experience managing ground up commercial construction projects
  • Industrial and tilt up construction experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing projects valued from approximately $10 million to $100 million
  • Strong knowledge of project financial management, scheduling, contracts, and risk management
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, and owners
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
