Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and execution tracking across multiple cloud migration workstreams.
- Create and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards.
- Coordinate daily with Engineering Managers, Technical Leads, Architects, QE Leads, and Product Owners to ensure execution remains on track.
- Track progress across multiple scope buckets and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies.
- Prepare weekly executive status reports, governance packs and steering committee updates.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog reviews, delivery reviews, and cross-team synchronization meetings.
- Monitor engineering health metrics including delivery velocity, milestone adherence, defect trends, and release readiness.
- Drive action-item closure and follow-up across distributed onsite/offshore teams.
- Support estimation, capacity planning, resource forecasting, and release planning.
- Promote data-driven decision making through dashboards and actionable insights.
GenAI & Engineering Productivity
- Track GenAI adoption and productivity metrics across engineering teams.
- Monitor Copilot/Agent usage, check-ins, code generation, and engineering productivity trends.
- Publish dashboards highlighting automation gains, engineering efficiencies, and adoption KPIs.
- Coordinate with Engineering Excellence teams to improve delivery effectiveness using AI-assisted development practices.
- Identify opportunities to automate project reporting and governance using GenAI tools.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Project Management experience in large enterprise technology programs.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and cloud migration programs.
- Working knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud concepts and modern engineering practices.
- Experience coordinating engineering teams across development, testing, infrastructure, and architecture.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building executive dashboards and reports.
- Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project/Smartsheet, Excel, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or other GenAI productivity tools is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or Prince2 certification.
- Experience in Banking/Financial Services.
- Exposure to enterprise cloud migration or modernization programs.
- Experience working in global onsite-offshore delivery models.
