Role Objectives:

Develop comprehensive technical documentation that meets organizational standards.
Gain a deep understanding of products and services and translate complex information into straightforward, polished, and engaging content.
Write user-friendly content that addresses the target audience's needs, turning insights into language for user success.
Develop and maintain a repository of documentation reference materials.
Evaluate existing content and develop methods for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Work under the guidance of senior technical writers and interact with subject matter experts to understand project requirements.
Research, outline, write, and edit content.
Collaborate with different teams to create end-user guides, API documentation, and deployment content.
Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for reader comprehension.
Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, maintaining a consistent voice across all documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Three to five years of experience as a technical writer.
Previous experience in a software development environment.
Highly skilled in the English language.
Ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.
Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Working proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and MadCap Flare.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in communications or a technical field.
Previous experience in the Financial Services sector.
Basic image editing skills.
