Full description

  • Vector vs. Raster: Managing mathematically scalable paths (Illustrator) versus pixel-based imagery (Photoshop).
  • Typography & Grid Systems: Controlling font metrics, tracking, kerning, and baseline alignments across layouts.
  • Asset Handoff: Preparing files with correct colour profiles (CMYK for print, RGB for screen) and packaging links for production.
  • Good Canva pro skills and content management platforms experience.
  • social media management and analytics platform. You will need to assess performance of your creations/content and effect adjustments.
  • Client facing communication skills & ability to resent/demonstrate your creations
  • Have the ability and confidence to run activities with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in industry-standard design software, specifically Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with a strong grasp of technical file preparation.
  • Advanced proficiency in typography, demonstrating a keen eye for detail in spacing, alignment, and font selection.
  • Solid experience with Canva Pro and familiarity with content management platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret social media analytics and adjust creative outputs based on performance data.
  • Exceptional client-facing communication skills with the confidence to present and defend design decisions.
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage time and resources effectively while working autonomously.
