Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in payment products or transaction platforms. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with payment processes, such as settlements and account management, are required.

Responsibilities
- Own cross-border payment requirements, product solution design, and PRD documentation.
- Drive the full product lifecycle from requirements and solution design through testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Lead the integration of new payment methods and payment providers, and support payment solutions for new business launches.
- Monitor payment success rates, provider stability, and customer issues, and drive continuous improvements.
- Analyze payment performance across countries, issuing banks, and payment methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in payment products, transaction platforms, or digital products.
- Proven ability to independently manage the full product lifecycle, from requirements to launch.
- Familiar with payment, order, refund, payout, settlement, or account-related processes.
- Strong analytical, project execution, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Good understanding of payment operations and payment performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cross-border payments, international e-commerce, or virtual goods.
- Experience in payment success rate optimization, routing, provider integration, PCI compliance, or risk management.
- Familiarity with SQL, BI, or AI tools.
