Job Overview:

We are hiring experienced Technical Leads – Java to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications within the Medical/Health Insurance domain. This role requires strong hands-on Java expertise, technical leadership, and a solid understanding of insurance workflows. The ideal candidate will lead development teams, make architecture decisions, and ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure application delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

  • Lead end-to-end Java application development across the SDLC
  • Define technical architecture and design solutions
  • Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices
  • Resolve complex technical and production issues

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and guide development teams
  • Allocate tasks and ensure timely delivery of milestones
  • Support team skill development and technical growth

Domain Collaboration:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders on medical insurance processes
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Support UAT, enhancements, and change requests

Delivery & Quality:

  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
  • Coordinate with QA teams for high-quality releases
  • Ensure adherence to delivery timelines and commitments

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Core Java
  • Experience with Struts framework
  • Experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale applications
  • Strong understanding of application architecture and design patterns
  • Proven technical leadership and team management experience
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Domain Expertise:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Medical / Health Insurance domain
  • Understanding of insurance workflows such as: • Policy Management
  • Claims Processing
  • Member Management

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to microservices, modern frameworks, or cloud environments
  • Experience in regulated domains (insurance/healthcare)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Soft Skills:
