The Role

As a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, you will hold primary responsibility for subsidiary financial statements, management reporting, and trend analysis. You will provide the data-driven recommendations that guide our forecasting and budget preparation, ensuring KVC remains a strong, stable pillar for the communities we serve. This is a hybrid position with three days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review accurate, timely monthly financial statements using GAAP.

Analyze financial data and report variances to provide clear management insights.

Develop financial management reports, forecasting, and annual budgets.

Gather and interpret complex data to respond to critical financial inquiries.

Foster a supportive, inclusive, and professional work environment.

Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; a degree in accounting is preferred.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience producing and reviewing financial statements, creating management reports, and preparing budgets.

Certification: Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Technical Skills: Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
