You are more than a project coordinator. You are a strategic communicator, trusted advisor, and operational leader who helps guide customers through the water damage restoration process during some of their most challenging moments. Through clear communication, technical expertise, and exceptional service, you provide confidence and peace of mind while delivering high-quality restoration outcomes.

This role offers a competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives, along with a company vehicle or vehicle allowance.

Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customers through the water damage restoration process with empathy and expertise, ensuring clear understanding of scope, schedule, and next steps.
  • Communicate proactively and professionally with customers, trade partners, vendors, insurance professionals, and internal teams to maintain trust and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation aligned with IICRC standards and industry best practices to support job profitability, compliance, and successful claim resolution.
  • Oversee scopes of work utilizing internal and external labor, subcontractors, and equipment resources while ensuring adherence to program guidelines and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate claim settlement through detailed documentation and effective communication with adjusters, reviewers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Drive individual sales performance by cultivating strategic relationships that generate consistent project referrals and business opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop water damage restoration team members, partnering with the Site Manager to strengthen field execution, technical proficiency, and technician performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain project momentum, elevate customer satisfaction, and achieve operational and financial goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in water damage restoration, restoration services, construction, or project management.
  • IICRC certifications preferred, including WRT, ASD, AMRT, and/or FSRT.
  • Strong understanding of water damage restoration services, emergency response operations, drying principles, and insurance claim processes.
  • Confident using technology platforms and mobile devices to document, track, and communicate project progress.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, prioritize competing responsibilities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills.
