Overview
We are looking for Senior QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience on digital products, with a strong mix of manual and automation testing. Hands-on experience with at least one major automation framework and are comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
How you'll make an impact
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies and plans for web and mobile products
- Define scope, approach and risk-based priorities across functional, regression, integration, system, exploratory and accessibility testing
- Execute manual and automated test cases across functional, UI/UX, responsive, API, performance and accessibility dimensions
- Conduct exploratory testing to surface edge cases and usability issues beyond scripted coverage
- Own end-to-end test coverage for critical user journeys and business workflows
- Evaluate and introduce new testing tools and frameworks to continuously improve efficiency
- Partner with product managers and designers to clarify acceptance criteria and testability requirements
- Communicate quality risks, test results, and release readiness clearly and proactively to all stakeholders
- Participate in production incident reviews and contribute to post-mortem action items
About you
- Proven experience in software testing including test planning, execution, and defect management along with an awareness of a wide variety of test activities including some areas of deeper or growing expertise
Must have experience in the following:
- Test analysis methods
- Functional test automation
- Manual test specification and execution
- Defect management
- CI Platforms such as Azure DevOps and Jenkins
Should have some experience in one or more of the following:
